Our Promise
At BARE & BEAR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The product seal is intact.
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice).
To initiate a return, email us at care@bareandbear.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 24 hours.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Items purchased during promotional or clearance sales (unless defective).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@bareandbear.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the product and place a new order for the desired item.
