Azelaic Acid —

A dicarboxylic acid naturally found in grains. Antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and anti-tyrosinase (reduces pigmentation). Effective against both comedonal and inflammatory acne at concentrations as low as 10%.

Salicylic Acid (BHA) —

A beta-hydroxy acid that is lipophilic — it can penetrate through the lipid layers of the skin to reach deep within pores. Exfoliates inside the pore wall, dissolving the mix of sebum and dead cells that causes comedones and breakouts.

Ceramide NP —

A naturally occurring lipid identical to those in the skin barrier. Restores the protective lipid layer that acne treatments can weaken. Paired with Cholesterol in this formula for enhanced barrier repair, preventing the dryness and irritation cycle that triggers more breakouts.

Oryza Sativa (Rice) Extract —

HOW TO USE

Splash lukewarm water onto your face. Open pores respond better to active ingredients.

Apply

Use a pea-sized amount. Massage gently onto oily zones (T-zone, chin) for 45–60 seconds.

Rinse

Rinse completely with cool water to close pores. Pat dry — never rub acne-prone skin.

Protect

Follow with a lightweight, non-comedogenic moisturizer. Always use SPF in the morning.

Can I use this with other actives like retinol?

Yes, but with care. Since this cleanser contains Salicylic Acid, avoid layering it with other exfoliating acids in the same routine. Retinol can be used in a different step. If you experience any irritation, alternate days.

Is this product pregnancy safe?

This cleanser contains Salicylic Acid, which is a wash-off product with minimal skin contact time. However, some dermatologists recommend avoiding salicylic acid during pregnancy. We advise consulting your doctor.

Will this cause purging?

Some users may experience a brief purging period (1–2 weeks) as Salicylic Acid accelerates cell turnover. This is normal and temporary. If irritation persists beyond 2 weeks, reduce usage to every other day.
