Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays) after we receive your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (All India): ₹49 flat rate. Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days.

Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹599.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability. Remote or hard-to-reach pin codes may take an additional 2–3 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your order by contacting us at care@bareandbear.com.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing the order. BARE & BEAR is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@bareandbear.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

If your order is lost in transit, please reach out to us and we will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.
